Guests who keep a regular fill cadence can join our member program for reduced fill and full set rates, priority booking windows and savings on lash care add ons. Member rates are not listed online yet, so please call and we will walk you through the current program.

- More than 5 weeks, or very few lashes left: book a returning client full set.

- Member pricing: ask about our membership when you call.
Before your appointment.
- Arrive with clean, mascara-free lashes and a bare face if possible.
- Skip caffeine just before your set so we can begin with relaxed eyes.
- Plan for full sets to take about 2 hours and fills 60 to 90 minutes.
- Booking the wrong service means we will update your appointment to the correct one.
Lash aftercare.
- Avoid water, steam and heat for the first 24 hours.
- Cleanse daily with a lash-safe foam and a soft brush.
- Skip oil-based makeup and waterproof mascara.
- Book a fill every 2 to 3 weeks to keep your set looking full.
