- More than 5 weeks, or very few lashes left: book a full set.
- Lashes from another salon: book a classic refill and mention it at booking.

Before your appointment.
- Arrive with clean, mascara-free lashes and a bare face if possible.
- Skip caffeine just before your set so we can begin with relaxed eyes.
- Plan for full sets to take about 2 hours and refills about 60 minutes.
- Booking the wrong service means we will update your appointment to the correct one.
Lash aftercare.
- Avoid water, steam and heat for the first 24 hours.
- Cleanse daily with a lash-safe foam and a soft brush.
- Skip oil-based makeup and waterproof mascara.
- Book a refill every 2 to 3 weeks to keep your set looking full.
